Coinbase Pro Launches Support for Cosmos (ATOM)
On January 9th, Coinbase announced they will be launching support for Cosmos (ATOM) trading on Coinbase Pro. The initial markets will include ATOM/USD and ATOM/BTC trading pairs that will open for trading on January 13th.
Note: Coinbase will not support staking for ATOM at launch.
What is Cosmos (ATOM)?
Cosmos is designed to be an ecosystem of connected blockchains. The goal is to solve existing issues with scalability, usability, and interoperability between blockchains.
