Weekly Shrimpy Account Summary Emails [Release]
The Shrimpy team is excited to announce the release of a weekly Shrimpy account summary email list. This weekly report will provide a brief summary of the notable events which took place over the last week. That way you can get a quick snapshot of big market changes, new asset listings, social stats, and more.
This weekly email is opt-in. That means you will only receive this email once a week if you specifically select to receive the email from Shrimpy. You can find the option for opting into the email under “Settings” -> “General Settings” -> “Subscribe to Weekly Account Summary Email”.
As we continue to roll out additional email features, you will likely find these updates here.
Every Saturday (US Pacific Time), each person on the email list will receive their own personalized email that will cover the last 7 days.

For each of these insights, let’s also cover the methodology, so we understand the purpose of these values and how they are calculated.
Your Best Performer
This is the asset which performed the best in your portfolio over the last 7 days. Every user has this value calculated specifically for their portfolio, so you can have a quick view of your best performing asset.
Your Worst Performer
In a similar way to the best performer. Your worst performer is provided in the email. This allows you a quick insight into the asset which performed the worst in your portfolio over the last 7 days.
Heating Up
Heating up is the asset which has increased in popularity the most over the last 7 days.
Cooling Down
Cooling down is the asset which has decreased in popularity the most over the last 7 days.
Your Performance
A weighted average of your portfolio performance across all of your exchange accounts that are linked to Shrimpy. The average is weighted based on the amount of funds in each of your linked exchange accounts.
Top Social Performers
This evaluates the top 10% of social leaders and calculates their median performance. Essentially providing an insight into how effective the top leaders have been over the same 7 days.
Asset Listings
Each week, we will also include the assets which were listed on your linked exchanges. That way you never miss out on a opportunity to add a new asset to your portfolio.
Rebalances
The last insight provides the number of rebalances which were executed over the last 7 days and how many exchange accounts executed the rebalances.
